All Venturing leaders are invited the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. to participate in the Venturing Roundtable at the Scout Service Center. Each month a new theme is presented to help each Crews’ leadership provide a quality program to their youth. Upcoming events will be announced at each roundtable and leaders can share ideas with other Crew leaders and ask questions to the roundtable commissioner staff.
On the same night, the Venturing Officer’s Association (VOA) meets with youth representatives to share ideas between Crews and plan upcoming Council-wide Venturing events. The VOA is run by young men and women currently in Venturing Crews who serve as officers, under the supervision of a team of Advisors. Each Crew sends youth representatives to the VOA meetings to share their Crew’s latest news and to vote in decisions on behalf of their Crew.
