The Appalachian Trail Trek will run from June 28th through July 6th 2008.
The trek is only open to Scouts and Scouters that have either been to Philmont Scout Reservation or have their unit leaders certify that they are capable of completing the trek.

Come follow the Road to Beijing as we learn about Chinese culture and celebrate the coming summer Olympics. We will “go for the gold” as we explore the contributions the Chinese have made to modern civilization such as paper making, printing, kites, fireworks and compasses! It is sure to be a Gold Medal time!!
"The Wild, Wild West"

Howdy Pardner!! Join us for some wild, west cowboy fun!! You'll be roping cattle, cooking Chuck Wagon style, and building your own Conestoga Wagon!! Learn to use a bow and arrow like the Native Americans and shoot a BB gun like the next Davy Crockett!! Cool off in the Waterin" Hole and learn to use a canoe too! We guarantee an action packed week at Pine Tree out on the lone prairie!!

It was a beautiful weekend on February 22nd to the 24th
when Operation Polar Bear VIII was held at the Pine Hill Scout
Reservation in Pine Hill, New Jersey.
With snow on the ground and Scout Spirit running high
amongst the 279 Scouts that manned 42 sleds the derby began. After a hard day of
competing in the various events and completing several First Aid Scenarios,
every one agreed they had a great time.
