Every online order or military donation you receive gets popcorn moving to its expected destination without you having to deliver it yourself! Think about the time that will save!
Best of all, an average online sale or military donation is generally significantly higher than the average face to face sale, which translate into higher commissions for your unit. Each also produces the same great return to Scouting (70%).
With no inventory, no distribution, no time-consuming deliveries, and larger average sales per customer, which lead to higher commissions per sale – all these advantages make selling online and taking military donations two of the easiest ways to grow your sale and save you valuable time and energy.
Don't forget: The average online consumer order is $48, versus an average of $15.95 for a Show & Sell sale, and $19.04 for a Take Order sale, which are both made face to face. More profit for less work significantly increases your unit sale results.
For a Scout to create his/her own online sales account, they just need to go to the Trails End website, www.trails-end.com. Click on the Scouts tab on the bottom of the Homepage, which takes you to the Scouts Homepage. By clicking on “Create an account” the Scout can set up his online selling account
For leaders to view their Scout’s online sales they also go to the Trails End website, www.trails-end.com. Click on the Leaders tab on the bottom of the Homepage, which takes you to the Leaders Homepage. By clicking on “View Online Sales” the Leader can set up an account which will allow them to access all the Scout online records.
